About Inday

Inday was born and raised in the Philippines, where the kitchen was never far from the heart of the home.

As the oldest of her siblings, Inday grew up with more responsibility than most kids her age. Her parents worked long hours to provide for the family, which meant it was often up to her to look after her younger brother and sisters — including making sure everyone was fed. With no one to teach her, she taught herself how to cook, learning through trial, error, and a whole lot of determination in the family kitchen.

What started as necessity slowly turned into something much bigger. Feeding her brother and sisters became feeding anyone she loved, and eventually, feeding anyone at all. Over the years, Inday developed a deep passion for cooking, building her own signature blend of seasonings and spices along the way — the kind of flavor that comes only from years of practice and a genuine love for the people eating it.

Today, that same care goes into every batch of pancit and every hand-rolled lumpia that comes out of Inday's kitchen. Every dish is made the way she's always made it — from scratch, with real ingredients, and a whole lot of heart.
